Student Awards
Every year at the Year-End Showcase, we celebrate the interior design students from all four years and all their talented work. The awards are given to students from all four years in recognition of their outstanding work and dedication to their peers and to the interior design program and profession. This year the award recipients are:
First-Year Awards

This award is presented to Paige Higgins for demonstrating excellence in technical design skills.
AWARD OF EXCELLENCE: Design Foundation
This award is presented to Lam Nguyen for demonstrating excellence in application of design foundational skills.

IDIBC Vancouver Island Chapter Shine Award
This award is presented to Shirley Shi for the major project that demonstrates the IDIBC Mission Statement: “To benefit public health, safety and welfare, contribute to the enhancement of the environment and increase the perception, appreciation and value of design in the community”
